I am an experienced Primary Teacher and I.C.T Professional Development Facilitator. I understand what the essential elements and structure of effective professional development are and the value of developing a programme specific to each school situation.
An effective approach to increasing e-Learning in your school is engaging teachers in a combination of one to one, group and classroom support. All Professional Development must have a clear structure that incorporates pedagogy, new ideas, curriculum links, practical exploration and classroom implementation.
I am passionate about using I.C.T tools in education. Throughout my career I have developed and implemented practical ideas and strategies of how I.C.T tools can be integrated into a classroom programme, aligned with the curriculum and used to make a teacher's job easier! I love to get alongside teachers and children and help get the spark going!
